Why it matters

In most of the Netherlands, the grid decides whether your project gets built — not the land.

Connection queues run for years and congestion is mapped area by area. Speed to Power grades every connection area on the network, so you can back the right location with eyes open — before you sink capital into a site the grid can't serve.

The grade

A is open. F is jammed.

Every area carries two grades — one for offtake (drawing power) and one for feed-in (exporting it). They're built from the latest national capacity snapshot and the operators' published congestion designations, not a guess.

Needs room to export without curtailment. The feed-in grade shows where your generation actually reaches the market.

Needs large offtake, fast. The offtake grade and earliest energising year tell you which areas can serve real load.
